A locked on-call room
Harriet is a nervous, slightly awkward hospital staffer who gets caught off guard when the chief of surgery locks the on-call room door and offers her some private, hands-on coaching. Out in the corridor, the head nurse waits. She is jealous, and she would very much like to see Harriet fired.
That is the engine of Under the Chief: a secret on one side of a door and a rival on the other. Candy’s cast list shows Harriet Seagrave, and every character is an adult.
The rival outside the door
The head nurse is what turns this from a simple office-romance setup into a thriller of sorts. Each scene has two clocks running: how far the chief will go, and how long before someone knocks. We are not going to give away what happens past the first two episodes.
Who it is for
Workplace fantasy fans, especially if you like an awkward underdog getting singled out by the person in charge. It is a standard Candy Shorts series with no category tags, so the free episodes lean suggestive and the paid ones go bolder.
The Harriet Seagrave name also turns up on Under the Boss, a series with a similar office-power setup, if you want a second helping.
Free episodes, then tokens
Under the Chief is free for its first two episodes once you have a Candy account. For the other three you can subscribe to Premium or pay 12 tokens per episode. Those prices are a snapshot, and the final amount is shown at Candy’s checkout.
You will only find it on Candy Shorts. Subtitles are offered in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Japanese.
