A thief, a princess, a relic
Trespasser of the Sunken Court sends a human thief into an elven princess’s domain to take a relic. She catches him, and rather than punish him she keeps him. The bond that follows is forbidden, and it endangers her throne, her kingdom and her already jealous fiancé.
The cast lists Thalindra Sol-Kaelen, and Candy files it under Fantasy. It has five episodes and a classic structure: an outsider in a court that would execute him if it knew. Everyone in it is an adult.
What the fantasy angle adds
A court gives the story many sides. Jealousy, duty and political risk all pull on the two leads, so the romance is never just a private matter. If you like intrigue to go with your tension, this setup has plenty of both.
It is a very different tone from the modern-day stepfamily series that dominate the library, which makes it a good change of pace.
The title sets the stakes: a trespasser in a protected court. With a jealous betrothed already in the picture, the princess has a clock of her own, and keeping a thief is a risk she takes with her eyes open.
